In my professional experience, I currently work as a Data Center Operations Technician with over 3 years of previous IT experience. In my day-to-day role, I work through break-fix tickets, which include hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting—skills I believe will be a direct asset in the Solutions Architect role.
I admire what cloud technology offers by helping people and businesses reach their goals, and I am passionate about its rapid growth. I would love to be part of a team that can help me learn and develop, but also one where I can use my previous experiences to be an immediate asset.
